You know what gets me so mad? you see people here in old cars, rusty, smoking, all fuck up old school cars with those paper dealer plates and cops they dont even bother with them. And when you straight thats when they mess you up bad, racist, haters man. I been thinking a lot about moving from here but i got 2 kids to think about and a wife, plus my job. I honestly can't blame this on the Police Officer, not pig, he did his job, it is unfortunate that the car had to suffer and he had to spend the weekend in jail but having no form of ID usually lands you in jail anyways.

Now he has to prove he owns the car and the motor in it and most likely charges will be dropped.

I hate to see these threads and automatically all cops are dirty pigs, shit happens, some cops are dicks some aren't.

I don't know how the Officer handled the situation as a person, I don't know if "Shavelito" was treated like shit, but he did what had to be done since no license was presented.

He could have at least let you call someone maybe to bring you the paperwork and ID, but that's his discretion.

I know the whole situation is messed up but what gets me upset is that people automatically go and say the dirty pigs line generalizing it to all Law Enforcement Officers when in reality he was doing what he was supposed to.

Ok i left home friday like around 12am to Florida to the meet, going down 85 north to go to South of the Border, fucking state trooper pulls me over cause i was over the speed limit. Ask me for my paper work, license and registration. and i didnt have my license on me. So he started checking the car around, open the hood saw the motor, ask me for the papers or receipt of the h22, shit didnt havent on the car. Fucking cop lock me up, and for good luck, impound the wagon. I cry when i saw the tow truck putting the wagon on the flatbed, its so low that the lip and back bumper got all fuck up. It was a fresh paint job, so imagine the feeling, you on the back seat of the trooper and see your car going thru this. Then to make it better had to stay till monday. Now to get my wagon back i had to wait till January 26 on my court day, tow truck doesnt responsible for the damage on the wagon. They charge me up with possesing stolen vehicle cause i didnt prove the motor it was legit. Fuck up shit.

3. Seek Counsel Immediately! Like yesterday Immediately.
4. If you can not afford proper counsel at the moment look into Pre-Paid Legal that will work just as well, and will only cost you around 300 to start, then 34.XX thereafter.
5. Find the police report, and see if he lied about anything, if he did tell your lawyer. Then your lawyer will look into wheter he has problems in the past with filling reports, this would question the validity of his report thus eliminating the "Common Suspect vs. a Honorable Cop" Problem.
