Ok so this kid at my school is talking all this smack on how much horse power his car makes tell me if you think this is true

GS Eclipes Stock has like 142HP
He says he has
DC Sport Header
Full Exhaust
Some Generic Intake

So I/H/E
And a Chip
And he says it makes like 190-220

I said bull and him & i few of his ricer friends said they have beaten GSR's and H22 Preludes in that car

Yea, he's beaten those cars without a driver. The Gs and Rs Eclipses are so slow man. It gets worse, the newer they get. The 2000-2004 Rs and Gs Eclipses...I feel sorry for people tryna get off the on-ramp, onto the highway. I've beat many 5 speed rs/gs Eclipses in my time, and it's shocking. Automatics, now they are sad.

Unless there's a Turbo on that bad boy, there's no 190-200hp in that car.

its has a 2.0 4cylinder 140hp na motor made by dodge, It is the same as a dodge neon. I used to have a 98 NA talon and had dc header, apexi n1 catback, AEM CAI, crower cams, and a afc with bigger injectors. I only probable was pushing like 170hp at most. Those cars are junk the only way that motor will hit that kinda horespower is will full engine internals. We are talking, pistons, rods, cames, higher rev, clutch flywheel, and all the valvetrain, and very agressive cams. You have nothing to worry about bro.

i had a 94 integra with the b18b1 which = ls motor it had dc sport header full ws2 exhaust cold air intake an i raced a eclispe gs an beat him not buy a whole lot just like 1 1/2 car's but still count as a win an that was from a stand still to about 130 mph.
