IM an import guy for sure, but i was raised around both. At the moment, my parents both have there own track car. My step-dads is a hevilly modded mustand gt, While my mom didnt want a domestic, so here track car it an Eclipse GST. But there both really nice cars. They both have there advantages.

My next car will be a 86-93 5.0 mustang. Its the only car I will choose over any other, maybe not my cb but when the right 5.0 comes my way who knows.

I agree that it sounds like your teacher is one of those old school muscle heads. He see imports(and to a certain degree, is correct) as tiny little tinker toys. And while they are reliable and get better mileage, dollar for dollar, muscle will almost always beat out import.

I love my import, so dont get me wrong.

Maybe your teacher just thinks you should be shown the ways of the muscle so youll know true brute strength or something like that.

Who knows. In the end, unless you really wanna fight over numbers, its all personal opinion.

The only mustang's i like are the late 80's -90's model foxbody stang's most mustang drivers are cocky teens that just got their license and think they can beat any car Import or domestic, I remember this one time i was driving around in my dad's 01' Camaro SS that has a trooper speed pack on it and this mustang GT pulls up beside me revving his engine acting like a bad ass in front of his girlfriend then he was just redlining it yelling come on b**** out the window i just laughed turned my music up he punches it i wait about 10-20 seconds before i take off i catch him in 4th gear and it looks like he just saw a ghost as i pass him and flip him the bird

i would pick a 2008 saleen mustang over my cb any day. my girl's uncle let her borrow his 08 gt and she let me drift it in the parking lot at my job and that gt is badass imagine a saleen drifting

it all started when that first mustand and honda pulled up to the light and the honda beet some mustang ass and ever seence then they are haters.


all i no is my accord will stomp on almost any mustang that wants to run. unless it run like better then 12 sec.

i had a 66 mustang with a strait 6 cyl. and it was nothing but problems
