I ain't no lawyer but it sounds like you were on private property. And unless the owner of that property wants to make a complaint they MAY not have any right to ticket you on private property. I would sure as hell check with a lawyer on this.

It depends on the county you were in. Some county's such as Anne Arundel County the cops would not have a case because of it being on private property. However, Prince George's county would be another case. The law would allow the cops to slam you.

Man i feel your pain on that one dont worry dude the cops in Carroll County up here are dicks too. They pulled me over because they said my tint job on my headlights was illegal and when i got it inspected it passed without changing it at all . Not to mention everytime i get pulled over they smell weed for some reason and i have never had that near my car or anything and then they search my car. Last year i got pulled over for going 110 in a 55 (I was trying to catch a wrx keyword trying) and the cop actually knew my grandfather so he said in these exact words get the fuck outta here. Yea man just take it to court and you will prob have your licence suspended for 30 days and have to go help plant trees(My community service) or somethin.

turns out the cop lied,{big surprise there}, apparently the have to hold my car for 7 days,i tried to get it today. thank god for my s13 cause it would suck to deliver pizza on foot!

OK so i'm immature big deal,and I dont do so bad delivering pizza, i been doing it for like 5 years its kinda fun, i get to drive all day. It helps me to build a strong foundation for my relationship with my car.
