ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.
2 of 2 < >

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    My CB7

here is my accord, its a 92 dx coupe, and i love it, i bought it off my buddy for 400 bucks, needed some serious body work. the qaurter panels were rotted out, beyond repair. here's a pic of the night i brought it home, sorry for the shitty quality i had limited space to work with and it was only on my camera phone.

as i started to tear her down to see what i was working with under the bumpers and such.also my garage was a mess when i took these lol

the next day when pulled her out to have a look at her after i stripped the front end of it.

this is what i got under the hood right now.

and this is where she stands right now, i have fixed my qaurter panels for now, i have some full inserts just haven't had the money to get them installed... thats for when i get my tax returns.. i put in my intake, and i have a bunch of diy's i have planned for the very near future.. so i've only spent around 300 plus the price of the car

unfortunately that is the only pic i have of it now, because i no longer have a camera. but tell me what ya think about it... i think i'm off to a good start
hopin someday to have a nice clean jdm look it.

UPDATE!: i got some new pictures of the car, its still not done in these but it shows a little more of the body now that it is black and such
    hope you enjoy

If you have a beater...then I suggest you do what this guy from Honda-Tech did.

It's 27 pages long but damn did he go postal on that car. Makes me wish I could pull the same thing off but I don't have a beater or the driveway space to tear down my whole car for a complete transformation.

Looking good. When I first saw the picture after you tore apart the front I thought you bought it like that.

Other then, buying it from a friend, why was the price so low?

the only reason the price was so low was because the qaurters were rotted to shit, needed a trunk, and a driver's door... so 150 bucks later and some time, i did fixed the qaurters til i get the moeny to weld in my inserts, got the door, and did a sedan trunk swap with sedan tails.

well, unfortunately i don't have a beater, nor do i have the time or money to do this but maybe in the future i might be able to get the time and money to do something like this.
