Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    My New Wheels (and other photos)

    Well, I've never posted many pictures of my baby here, so I figured that since I put some new shoes on her I might as well now.

    1993 Accord DX 5-spd, Red

    List of mods:
    K&N Air Filter
    Bosch Platinum +4 Spark Plugs
    Brembo Slotted Discs
    Retrofit of EX Front Calipers
    Kenwood Stereo w/ Remote and USB Hub
    Rockford Fosgate 6.5" 3-Way "Punch" Rear Speakers
    Visonic Amp and 8" Subwoofer
    Bright-Blue/White Low Beams

    Pep-Boys Clear Corners and Bumper Signals (Yes, I know it's Rice... And I like it!)

    Enkei RZ-5 Wheels (I think)
    17x7, Mixed bag of tires - 205/40 on the front, 215/40 on the rear (yes, I know it would be smarter to put the 215s on the front, but they're not matched treads and they're feathered on the inside from improper camber on the car I got them from

    Wanted Mods:
    New coat of red paint, plus matching paint on bumpers (Like the LX models)
    1.5" Drop (with new shocks and springs)
    Rear Anti-Roll Bar
    Rear Discs
    Cruise Control
    As dark a tint as I can get away with legally, maybe darker!

    One suggestion though ditch the Bosch plugs in favor of some ngk's

          I put the plugs on 4 or 5 years ago and haven't had to mess with them since. They're supposed to last forever so I think they're gonna stay. Thnx for the advice though.

                      Yeah... my family moved when I was 10, I thought it would be a good idea to go along with them. And Americaman just doesn't have that ring to it, ya know?

                      as far as the 006 on the end of it, I screwed up signing in here. Everywhere else it is Canadaman005. Oh well.

                          Man that car has potential so reminds me of this one member's former car:









                          I've always liked the DX in that color, primarily because personally I think the maroon and black just go well with each other.

                              Thanks for the links... it's like looking at my car, lol!

                              I'm definitely painting the bumpers red though, it just looks better to me. The black bumpers make it look like Honda ran out of paint and decided to short-change the lower-end models.

                              Aww_shiet is easily my favorite car here though. If money and time were not an object I would have his car exactly the same - but in red. Maybe with a black or tan custom leather interior. We'll see. Of course, for about the same kind of money it would take to turn my car into his, I could just get a red 2001 BMW 740i sport. And I'm lazy, so that's the option I'd probably take!
