ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.
2 of 2 < >

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Few pics of progress...92 EX-R

after browsing the forums for a while i thot i'd post up some pics of my accord.

When i got it...with the 5 inch wheel gap

When some retard backed into my car in a parking lot. He could have gone straight cuz it was empty....but no, he had to hit it. altezza's are gone btw...

Good old rust...thank you canadian weather

After a few days of fun...i just ended up glassing the part from the bumper to the body cuz there was nothing there, so far so good

while i was trying to take the mouldings off to do rust work, i broke em so i ended up doing this

turned out pretty good especially cuz i had no experience with body work, just painted it aswell a few days ago

    oh and some interior shots

props to aww_shiet for the idea, although white sucks in this weather

    panasonic cq-vd6503

and unfortunately i can't ride on chromes with sand and salt everywhere

just for the record it sucks sanding ur car down in -15 celcius weather cuz u cant really feel ur hands.

i'll post more pics when i can post in the members ride section. in the mean time lemme know wat u guys think.

                Maple50175 - you're annoying =P
Brandoncb7 - I don't mean to come across like an ass but I see why you irritate Aaron now.

thanks. the rims are 18" Motegi DP-6's. running 215/35/18 tires. unfortunately they are 7.5" so they do rub a bit in the front.

                          thanks man

unfortunately i could not weld cuz i don't know how. but the guy who showed me how to do all this did the same thing on one of his cars back in 97, and its still fine, so it why i went ahead with it. what i did was lay 2 layers of fiberglass mat, then used long hair, then kitty hair, then very little bondo to make it 100% even.

but hey, next time im welding for sure. fiberglass is a bitch to work with. i did the same thing with the quarter panel. it was pretty tough to shape with the mat.

Looks really good. Did you paint the interior or something? If so, what paint did you use?

                            Thanks.

nah man, i was thinking about it. i just shined up the door with armour-all wipes for the picture haha. It just looks better than the rest of my dash cuz it has dust from sanding all the fiberglass on it. I might even get ride of the white suede just cuz its so hard to maintain in the winter.

Thanks for all the comments so far.

                              Any other suggestions/criticism greatly appreciated.
