Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    I'm new, pics of car (DSL WARNING SORRY)

    Hey, im new to this forum and the car scene. Just got my liscense so watch out, jk. This is my car fully stock but cheaper mods yet to come. (blackouts, a cheap ebay intake, cheap ebay exhaust, ebay headers,maybe a home depot lip, polishings, restoring ). Yea i know kinda ricey. Then maybe later, i can hook my car up to look like some on this site or sell it (not sure yet). Tell me what you think so far.



    Do you think if i paint my emblems gold, they would flow?



    Tell me what you think if these mods would be worth it:
    mesh grille. $7

    looks good. Nice start. Just a suggestion, i would save up the first time and buy the right parts, or you might end up never being happy with the car.
    Just a thought, but ebay works too i guess... welcome to cb7tuner

      IMO I wasted some money buying the cheaper things earlier on. Just save and buy the good stuff so then you won't have to buy anything after

      car looks good btw.

        Its a good looking CB7 with potential....
        Before you jump into buying a bunch of ebay stuff, check out the classifieds on here. Possibly better deals and better parts and you can get vouches from others....

          DSL warning? i know the 'Slowskies' like slow, but DSL isnt THAT bad.

            o i never thought about the classifieds on this site. I have a for sale sign on my car just to see what i can get for it, and someone offered me $1750 for it, i paid $1600 for it last year. Should i sell. THANKS GUYS

                  i think the gold eblems would flow.. good luck getin all your parts... you might wanna try uther stuff besides ebay items.. not saying their not good, youll just get better ones through previous owners

                    Looks good man, I dont think buying headers would do anything for you because your already ar 4-2-1. Thats if you have the f22a4, which i think you do because its a EX, but if its the canadian Ex then u have the US lx.

                      If i were you, i wouldn't paint the emblems gold, bc if you wanted to go back to the silver/chrome, you'd have to get that gold off of there; plus gold paint, just doesn't look the same. Just go and buy the gold emblems and stuff, you can find them cheap. my buddy had gold emblems and wanted chrome, so he went online and bought them. the complete set was like $24 shipped, or just go to a junkyard.

                          Very nice for a first car! You can start with a drop to rid of the gap for now. Other than that, not bad at all!
