Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    yes wrap it in tin foil, dont have the heat so high like you would for the headlights... turn it down... while they r in there. 9293 tails werent that easy to do, 9091 were easier for me.. the glue is so dam old and hard.. u have to work the glue, start at the corners. ull no ur in once u punch thru the glue, if the glue isnt soft jus wait til it is, dont force it while its still semi soft, ull crack something, happen to me
    and good move on the lexel gel thats wat i use!

    well i never done jdm lights... they r plastic lense, compared to usdm lights, which r glass.


    its the same method behind it, just at a lower temp i assume!

                to me blk housin or color matching a housin is like art, it makes the car stand out...


                theres a diff between buyin it that way, or doing it on your own, and on your own its so much better in the end. cause you did it... only recent blk housed headlights caught on some how and ebay started to sell them, ya they nice, but doin a diy with your hands means more, to me at least.

                        They aint that clean. I would like to sand them and what not. Ill do this soon, and if I like how it comes out, or if you like how they come out, ill do yours, free. Just pay shipping.

                            I got some corners. Cracked them open with ease, using a knife.

                            But I seen they r 2 diff kind of corners, 1 is 9091 other is 9293.

                            I can't remember which year is which.

                              when I got my car it was the same way! lol
                              1 90-91 and the other side was a 92-93! sad thing it I got the car from a Honda Mechanic! lol
