ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Hi! New CB7 Owner Inside.

Well my name is Runt, just as my s/n implies, i've always loved the styline of the 90-93 Accords and just picked up one as a daily today. She needs some love but for having 170K on the clock, she runs just fine. I probably won't be modifying it but i figure this would be a good place to start if i want to know what to expect.

I work for a place here in Dallas called Forced Performance, we build/rebuild custom turbochargers and have been told on occasion we're good at it. I do have a hobby car but i'll keep that to myself as to keep the flames low for now.

Here are some pictures of my catch.

FYI i didn't put the ricer nozzles on there, however i will be the one to take them off. Hope to enjoy this site and learn something new.

    Runt

The paint is actually complete crap, the pictures do it a major justice. It's rough and orange peeling, it also has trash really badly in certain parts. However it's all one color and i'm not really going to complain for a beater.

I'm a member of a many "elitest prick" boards, i'm well acquainted with the search button, but thanks for the heads up.

I like the color. Where is your shop located in Dallas. My CB7 and I want to pay a little visit.

Be sure to put in a balance shaft seal retainer clip for preventative maintenance if you just picked it up, as the seal tends to walk over time. The 94-97 F22s had a TSB, yet the 90-93 F22s didn't.

Hahaha yeah it's a Talon but yeah close enough, the CB7 is strictly for daily driving duties. I might put some alloys on it and some a nice stereo or something, but that's about it. I just don't see the use in modifying a car that's heavy, FWD, and automatic. I've just always really liked the way they looked and after owning a 96 Accord a while back knew them to be pretty damn reliable.
