ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

    '92 Accord (Bumble Bee)

Hi, name's Mike ...... So yeah, this is my first car, I've had it for about four years now, the hood is from me and my pals wrestling and getting body slammed on my hood lol, the bumper is from when one of my CV's broke, had to tow it with my moms SUV using a dolly (sp?) and tore up the bumper. but she runs pretty much fine, except I think my fuel pump is going out. As soon as I get another job I'm going to save towards a new Honda, I'll probably just end up keeping this car though, to learn things on, internal engine work and stuff. I will treat my next cars body work much better, trust me, I've grown up a bit lol

so tell me what ya think

    Mods:

DC Ceramic Header, Straight pipe from there on.
    ACT Stage II Clutch.
    Short Ram intake.

Thanks man, the paint isn't in the best of condition, (the previous owner had it painted yellow) and the paint job itself is kinda ghetto, but it's better than nothing I suppose. I personaly love yellow though.

I actually painted the wheels just yesterday.

Wow, that actually looks pretty tight!

Not many CB7's can wear bright colors and get away with it... but yours does in a sorta dysfunctional kinda way

Nice job on painting the wheels... they look sick with the yellow car... very nice indeed!

I've never seen a yellow CB besides mine to be honest, but I think it suits them just fine? I want mine a deeper yellow.

And yeah man, I painted them myself, one can of Dupli-Color wheel paint did all four wheels, and then I threw a thick clear coat over it.

            I appreciate the comments guys.

No offence but the yellow paint job makes it look ricey to me but that just my opinion. That color rims only looks good on certain color cars. Paint, hood, & put the fender on right, you will look nice. Take the stickers off also.

I'm not taking off the stickers because, I actually use Chevron fuel quite often, and same for Sunoco, I've used their race fuel in the past as well. I have an ACT clutch system so I have the right to rock that sticker also. I bet if the sunoco sticker on my door were Spoon or Advan nobody would say a thing lol same for the bumper, if it were an Option sticker.

and yeah, I honestly don't plan to spend anymore money on this car right now, I'm jobless. as soon as I get a job I'm saving my cash towards a new Honda, I'll end up fixing the body and such more than likely, but just not right now. And yeah man, the black fender is on, but not completely bolted in where the side skirt is.

I respect your opinion, I'm just giving mine lol

they're sitting in a box to my right. Do you know what model Accord the bumper, lip, and fogs came on? I bought this car when I was quite young (14) and I didn't know the car had a salvage title, it also has the F22A6. also when I bought the car it didn't have any of the trim badges (EX, SE, ect ..)

The car also came with mud guards, and the spoiler and rear lip.

                          hmmm thats tricky!!

Well the tails are the 90-91.

Correct me if im wrong(someone will) but i dont think fogs came on any of them, i think it was a dealer option and had to be purchased at the time the vehicle was ordered......

                          EDIT-

Pulled from the technical thread on engine breakdown-

                          91 EX Wagon and SE = F22A6 (140hp)

                          92-93 EX and SE = F22A6(140hp)

That might help you figure out your trim.......

My buddy has a '91 CB, here's a picture, and his tails are very different. I knew what the engine was from actually, all I know is that guy told me it's a '92 EX, but it's a salvage title so maybe not everything came on this car from the factory, when they were throwing the car back together they may have put on parts from different trim accord's ?
