ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

The lip is actually 2 different ones. I know it's cheap and not the best looking but hey whatever. The top is from a Volvo 940 wagon. Had to notch it to get the curves right otherwise it fits like a legend sedan lip with gaps on the sides. On the bottom of that is the garage door seal from Lowe's. It's gets scraped alot so I wanted something flexible since the Volvo lip is pretty rigid. It cost me $6 from the JY so I didn't care about drilling into it and some slicing.
The suspension is coming along slowly but surely... Crappy eBay coilover sleeves on the lotek shortened struts. Full prothane conversion in the front: UCA anchors, strut bearings, both LCA bushings, radius rod/strut rod bushings, sway bar end links and mounting bushings. Spc 3 degree upper ball joints/new regular lower ones. Manual converted rack and pinion with new tie rods/bellows/steering column u joint. The rear is stock right now apart from the struts/springs. Adjustable UCAS and both lower arms coming soon (not sure what brand yet, something halfway decent or just OE arms with poly bushings like front) i do need at least adjustable ucas in the back even if i keep the lower arms the same. To get the camber where i want it. and I'm determined to figure out what to do about the trailing arm and lower shock bushings since I don't want rubber and the hardrace pillow ball ones are a little out of my reach at the moment. Considering I don't Street race, or track it and I drive like a grandma most of the time I feel OK with the spring/strut setup until all the bushings and arms are done. Then I'll get some coilovers. But for $150 they are not bad at all plus they give you like 2 inches extra strut clearance and are super stiff with the 250lb/in eBay springs. When I had those springs on the og struts the the top would hit the bottom of the top hat. I'm pretty much as low as I can go without hitting the top hats on the shorter struts now. Which is what I'm looking for... lowest and stiffest possible. Im trying to have an insanely low car, practically laying frame with a static set up but not ridiculous camber. Especially not on the drive wheels. Just enough to stay planted going around any corner. But for now I'd say I'm about 3.5-4" below stock with the original size tires. It's not a racecar by any means nor is it a show car yet but I'm just trying to drive slow, turn heads, scrape the bottom of my car off on flat ground and have a JDM level over 9000!
Talonted1990 where in NC are you? I live in Wake Forest. Got a couple other buddies with CB 's in the area

I gotta redo the rest of the exhaust soon. Its full custom from the header back. I'm over the loud sound now and just want a deep rumble that's not very noticable . plus I was run up on a median by a drunk driver a year ago and it kind of tweaked the pipe in the middle so it hangs lower than it should in places but ill take that over getting my front end smashed in

Oh DC sports... Wish I could find something decent like that. Well, once my friend found a Megan Racing header from a 1995 Accord. I paid him and he took it, but when I got my hands on the header I was a bit upset. He was too damn stupid not to cut the 4-pipes, but actually use tools to take it off in one piece. So, he screwed it up He also tried to weld it but everybody knows what happens when you try to weld stainless without proper equipment.
