Picture on the right is just with a clay bar and a rubbing compound using a DA. This paint was dirty, even after a degreaser bath. Unfortunately these cracks will come back, and eventually will necessitate a repaint.

ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

The cracks will come back, because they never went away.
The bond has been broken and cannot be fixed without stripping and starting new.

I don't know if some of you guys are being dicks, or if you need to adjust your monitors, because I can see the difference just fine on my monitor. The pic on the left shows all the cracks in the paint, and the pic on the right shows after the clay bar and buffing with a rubbing compound (Which filled the cracks). It's a temp fix, but looks way better. I'm pretty sure the OP knew this was a temporary paint fix when he stated in his first post "Unfortunately these cracks will come back, and eventually will necessitate a repaint."
Pays to read an entire post before responding

Seems that new to the forum people with names, Take every comment as a negative thing.
You need to see through the words and see the person on the other side, either messing with you as if your one of the guys welcome to joke around.
Or as a professional that may also be agreeing with comments you may or may not have posted.
You can see where I'm going here, drinking a beer scrolling through seeing a thread with no replies, so I felt I'd welcome your enthusiasim with a little "duh", type conversation.
I apologize for not complementing your ever awesome attitude to refreshing your eye appeal. Great job and glad to see your motivation.
Also: like previously "duh" stated a future strip and respray isn't a bad idea if it's something you plan to keep."Self Renewed"
