ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.
2 of 2 < >

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

who said it couldnt be done? Wagon guys peep this!

retro-fitted a pair of 92-93 coupe tails..ill get better pictures tomorrow

    half way there

and heres them working and done! like i said, ill get better pictures up tomorrow when im not about to go to bed.

i know i know, it looks like crap around the license plate, you can still see the frame work for the original tails and the old mounting wholes/brackets but i dont care! for not doing ANY bondo/fiberglass body work i am very happy with how it turned out. i pretty much just hacked the hell out of the hatch with my dremel untill i was able to make them fit. even the sides have no gaps
im stoked to fill in the wholes around the back liscense plate later this week though and make it look nice and flush and OEM.
    tell me what ya think!

i had to do a hell of a lot more than that haha i went through 8 or 9 metal cutting wheels on my dremel hacking the tailgate and the corners apart to make room for the tails. i had to cut up the tail lights themselves too, had to shave them down a bunch in order to make the corner pieces fit since the wagons have a lot sharper of a curve on the hatch as opposed to sedans/coupes trunk lids. this project was a complete bitch to do and i dont reccommend trying it unless you have a lot of time and patience for a trial and error type install. i spent like 6 - 7 hours total. the passenger side was A LOT more difficult to fit up than the drivers side

Dude nice! Can you open her up and show us a picture of what you cut up?

Wagon w/red clears will be BAD ASS! Especially a white one.
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

              Retro!
