Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    New Here :) (Honda Accord 1993 10th Anniversary)

    hey whats good guys! i bought a 1993 Honda Accord Automatic from my cousin with 155K Miles for $700 (July 2012) (stock) (she now has 164k) (my cousing bought an '07 accord and im a college so he gave it to me for cheap ) And after seeing others work on thiers i decided to do the same . I recently found this site so my honda has been getting upgraded in the mean time, but shes not fully finish to my full expectations. Heres a pic of her + my expectations ... Remember Shes being built NOT bought ;D lol ..



    She did have some problems though :/ ..
    She has minor dents, practally straight inside (carpet and leather trim) and out.

    What she has now ;D (remember she was full blown stock)
    Brand new battery
    Valve gaskets
    HIDs (8000k)
    Did full tune-up
    Some lights switched to LED (Dome, License Plate)
    Added sound system
    Depo Red/Clear tail lights (was my cars christmas present)
    Red Honda Emblem
    Alignment has been done
    New brake pads


    In the Near Future ...


    SE Spoiler
    Catback Exaust
    Tint Windows
    All LED lights
    Needs new antenna motor
    Yellow (Nokya 9005 2500k) high beams
    (Maybe) Front clear lights (bottom)
    Top Depo full orange lights
    Rain Guards
    Some new rims and tires w/ extended lug nuts (red)
    Red clock (original is greenish)
    Double DIN stereo with nav
    (Maybe) car alarm system
    OEM fog lights (Someone please help me find them!!! Thanks )
    Repaint the body (FREE Paint job) (My bro owns a body shop)
    And of course an H22A engine

    Let me know your ideas im going for the RED and Black color scheme.

              You have a pretty rare car there. 10th Anniversary Editions with leather are fairly hard to come by. This color scheme also had the high armrest available that people mistakenly refer to as the "JDM console". Does yours have the armrest built into the console or the seat? Also, do your leather panels have "10th Anniversary Edition" embroidered into them? If it has either of these, it's even more rare than simply having leather in a 10th Anniversary alone.

                they had these in leather? lol naw man its just a grey interior and yes it has the arm rest.

                      Nice, you've already got the red/clears. They just look better than stock on the 9293s . Is that that Cobalt Blue color? That's what mine was, and despite being faded it was a downright beautiful color after a wash.

                      People might criticize the red Type-R "H" badge but screw 'em, they look great on our cars.

                      If you're looking for fogs, keep an eye on the classifieds section on here, as well as eBay (I think I used to search "JDM CB7" or "JDM Accord" to get a broad selection of cool stuff). They pop up fairly often, even if they're a bit expensive. Just remember that the JDM lenses curved (vertically) with the bumper, while the American lights were pretty flat.

                          thanks man, yea i got the clears on monday (december 24, 2012) just in time for my cars christmas present lol and its black which i dont have the paint code on top of my head right now. no one has criticized my badge yet, but yea f-them
