ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.
2 of 2 < >

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

i dont know about those tail lights, looks pretty iffy

usually you use one resistor per LED but if it works

and in cali i know you would get pulled over for having red light on the front of your car. might wanna check that

nice seats fronts look like from a mazda or something coupe ish. almost like form a porche

work on that rear quarter panel next huh?

Yeah, I'm surprised I haven't gotten pulled over for the grill, I've had it for a while now. The seats are from a S2000, comfortable but I'm thinking about putting my extra pare in. They are heated and powered. As for the corner panel... That will be a lot of work.

I should take some pictures of my rust and see if it's worth patching or getting a whole another chassis.

No way man members have had way worse rust check out "rescuing ruby" I think that fender was the worst I've seen but luckily thats just swappable. Rest quarter panel rust is a problem with theese cars in certain climates

Hello fellow Missourian! The CB has came a long way since you first got it! Thats for sure. I have no clue how a fender gets THAT rusted. Even here in MO.

Where in MO are you from? And whats that back seat out of?

When I first got it there was no fender guard in the inside, so I'm assuming it just rusted out from water and salt.

I'm from Blue Springs, 20 minutes from Kansas City.

The back seats are from 2003 Accord. The back rest fit perfect with swapping the mounts from the old to the new. The side pieces I had to modify and the bottom piece isn't even mounted down yet. It just floats. ;P

Damn I've never seen rust like that before. Good thing it was on the fender though. Cleaned up real nice all and all, good job.

Those front seats are sick! The back seats are nice too! You said the bottom on the back seat was floating right now, but with a little modification you would be able to bolt it into place?

I'll have to take some pictures and show you how I modified it. I am going to admit, it's not the greatest work.

Yes, please show pics of how it is in there. Do the front seats bolt right in? I have always loved those s2000 seats, but I know they are quite a bit if you can find a good pair. Right now I have grey Integra cloth seats in mine, but would love your seats!
