ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.
2 of 2 < >

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    My sad 92 coupe.

    Whats up fellow CB7ers,

I have a 92 accord couple that was the very first ride i ever bought when i was 20. Im 31 now. Its been around the block. I had her for about 5-6 years till i sucked up water one year through my cold air intake and blew the engine. After buying a new engine and restoring alot of the car with new parts I ended up giving her to my sister and said if you can get her running you can have her. Long story short i got her back in worse shape then before. Here is how she sits now in my yard!!!!!!!

Here is the engine and cold air intake that now has a big hole in the down tube part from ratteling around from not being tightened down.

The back. I tinted the bottom half of the tail lights but now they are fadding and peeling off.

The crappy sterieo she threw in cause she took my other one and put it in her other ride.

How many miles are on her

The new seats i bought off a friend that came out of his civic SI since my sister gave my stock seats away to her friend.

After finding this forum i have found the mojo i need to get her back in tip top shape. Better then she was when i first got her. Hope you all like.

Thanks and Yes it is very dirty. She has been sitting for a good 2 years in my parents back yard. I went and picked it up from my sister before she really gutted it and sold everything i put into it.

Welcome, CB7Tuner will help you alot and save you a ton of $$$$.

                        Just a Tip:

Don't burn yourself out too fast too soon. By that I mean don't over do yourself to the point that you have high expectations that you want realised very quickly.

In the process you blow all your money, time and effort on the car with unreasonable increases to your satisfaction. Resulting in a feeling that your endevours are not bearing enough rewards and rewards that doesn't appear fast enough. You will just set yourself with a bad taste in your mouth and think the whole CB7 salvage venture was a waste and will just buy another newer car.

Have patience, pace yourself, don't rush and keep things in realistic perspective.

                        Good luck with the resto!!

Thanks for the advise bro. Ya i started out that way on other projects and did loose interest in them and got rid of them. But i learened alot from my last project on how nice a project can look if you take your time and watch it all come together. Cant wait to see what comes out of this one.
