ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.
2 of 2 < >

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    1990 EXi

Here`s my new ride at last

I´ve had several CB3`s but this is my first CB7 and proud of it! It`s stock in all ways and i`m going to fix it properly. Some one has TRIED to fix the rear quarters, some idiot.
Tranny has been changed at 170k.

    Specs:

    231000 km

    F22A3 108kW
    Automatic w/sport function
    Sunroof
    Cruise
    A/C
    ABS
    Black/red fabric seats
    Front armrest

As you can see, nicely fixed

            Thanks guys!

I`m not driving with that before it`s fixed. that same rust problem seems to be around the world.
And we don`t have these CB7`s much here, so i had to take what i got hands on.

It will be in great shape one day, that`s for sure.

And guys, those seats are rare. haven`t seen those much, just in CB7 EDM versions. But still not single one in middle europe have i seen.
Also those headlightwashers are useless, just spending water a lot and washing nothing.( sorry jhoff_cb7)

Everything is on sale, when the price is right

I have several plans how to proceed with this beauty:

            1. the rust taken care.
            2. planning to repaint (metallic dark green, haven`t got the color code yet)
            3. change motor possibly. I have already one H23A3 at the shop, still don`t know what should i do with this original motor. I`ve been offered one H22A motor also, but the price is too high in my opinion( ~2500$). But time will tell.
            4. i might change the dashboard to CC7 dashboard. it needs minor fitting, but very easily is installed in it`s place.

other option is to keep it that way and try to install autoclimatecontrol, which i have also. though i have only the panel and outside temperature sensor, not easy job.

            5. the front end might change to JDM look

this mod was made before i tossed cracked bumpers away.

            6. all the bushings etc. are going to be changed.
            7. brake rotors and pads will be renewed.

i might carefully say that everything in that CB is going to be inspected, painted, renewed(if necessary).
then it`s great to drive around when everything is good shape and in order

Yes! More members from Finland, welcome to the forums and good luck fixing that rust. Other than that car looks like a good start, its pretty hard finding CB7s with AC over here believe it or not.
