ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.
2 of 2 < >

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    SEREOUS: 1993 Accord lx

Hey guys long time cb7 fan and finally picked up this 93 lx for $500 in need of a clutch, slave cyl, smc and carpet..lol Would like to eventually drop a h22 in it some day.

    towing it home..
    [IMG][/IMG]

pulled the tranny, clutch and flywheel were shot..
    [IMG][/IMG]

new black trax flywheel donated to the cause from my friend.
    [IMG][/IMG]

after the clutch job it was on to the interior..
    [IMG][/IMG]

There was no carpet in the car do to some minor flooding 5 years ago. The owners just never put any carpet back in... So i picked up a nice carpet at pick n pull and cleaned it up.
    [IMG][/IMG]

    all back together
    [IMG][/IMG]

Then went ahead and dropped it on some ground controls and cleaned her up..
    [IMG][/IMG]

    [IMG][/IMG]

had a axle back exhaust from a friend lying around so bolted that on..
    [IMG][/IMG]

    [IMG][/IMG]

finally done for now until I can save up some cash for some h22 goodness...just chillin in the garage with my srt...

About time you got onto this board! be nice guys this is my friend/co-worker... he may be new to the CB7 game but he's very knowledgeable when it comes to wrenching on cars. I can't count how many cars he's been through since I met him... he gets bored and goes through them like women i guess

I think he's finally settled with his SRT-4 and hopefully the CB but anyways he knows his $hi+ when it comes to swapped and modified Sentras/G20/NX's various DSM's and Hondas... so "U Betta Check yo self b4 you wreck yo self" and watch it your "NooB flags" or you might get burned.... you have been warned.
I need a custom turbo manifold built....

Thanks, so far I'm running a stage 2 ecu, injectors, bigger front mount, es mount inserts...which don't really help to much..lol 3" exhaust, cold air intake and tuned with a DSP. low 13's on street tires and high 12's with slicks.

          here's some pics...

Thank you! Yea, I was debating on sticking with the sohc and just building that up but I'd really like a h22! So I'm saving up for that. Also want to get some prelude blades for her...still rocking the tape deck also, so some updated tunes would be nice! Lol

Thanks guys! Yeah, I believe its a 11lb flywheel. Really lets the engine rev quickly too. Drives nice.

I'm tellin u man... just use ur old DSM parts and boost that lil F22 before you swap it Then again if u decide to go H22 (which u should btw) then it would be a good idea to keep the F22 for a smog motor. No biggie for u since u can have the motors in and out within a few hours. BTW this is Tommy other sn after i wrecked my first CB.

BTW did u check out ur IACV yet? I forgot to mention about the white 'lil screw thing in there. Sometimes that thing is engaged all the way out.
