Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    trying on my jy 20$ hood

    so i finally got a chance to try on the cf hood that i got at the jy in LA for 20 lol
    personally i didnt like the look but then again maybe once i give it a new clear coat, get a legend coupe lip , and one piece head lights it might look a bit better??

        lol id give ya 20 if you dont want it jk. ah its a style in its own man give it a few days you will find yourself liking it more and more. a reclear might help with it too. i think it looks good.

          i actually know how to do it, i have before, just trying it out to see the fitment, will be giving it a new clear coat when i do the paintjob on the car although i might not keep it cus im not really liking the style

            thanx bro like i said i will give it a clear coat soon, i want to get me a legend lip to see how it looks with it and the cf hood on unfortunately legend lips are so damn hard to find around here

              Color match it with the rest of the car if & when you decide to paint it. At least you will save a few pounds vs the OEM hood weight.

                never thought about that one but it sounds like a good idea, i think thats what i will do if i end up not liking the cf look
