Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Exhaust

    So out if bordom, I disconnected the muffler. It made me miss my shit beater 4dr. So this was just for shits n gigs, no need to freak haha. It does seem to have alot nicer of a tone than most fart cannoned civics and such. There isn't a loud raspy sound as if rice is tingin in the pipes. It sounds alot nicer in Person of coarse.

    And sorry about the crooked video, I think.. It seemed like a good idea when I was recording with my iPod.

      Sad part is, like that is sounds better than most fart cans.

        My first CB had a hole in the muffler. Sounded way better then any exhaust I had later on. Sad.

          When I bought my Grey 91 EXR, the entire bottom of the muffler was rotted out, but the car wasn't that loud. It actually sounded like a performance exhust and had no rasp.

          Then I found an oval DTM style muffler at the wreckers and put that on and it actually sounded good.

          The best sounding modified exhaust's I've run on CB's have just been by putting a performance muffler on the stock exhaust.

          I had an Option Group N1 catback with a cat delete and it was the worst thing ever.

            My TL, stock the exhaust is slient. Hated it.

            Did some some research, there's three mufflers and a resonator.
            If you delete the mid muffler it give you a nice growl. At crusing speeds slient. Cheap easy, still 95% OEM. Only cost 40 bucks.
            Better then $900 for an ATLP exhaust system which I think is too loud for a TL(Touring Luxury). All others sound like crap.

              I think I'm just too old for the noisy fart can thing now. I'm not in the 16-24 bracket anymore. I also enjoy not getting $115 illegal exhaust tickets.
