ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.
2 of 2 < >

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

I just cut away man no template.....There were two wagons in the junkyard so i figured if i f'ed up i could go down and get the other one. Guy said wtf is that when i brought it to the counter and he said 20 bucks for it.

I'm at work right now, pics later after 4pm eastern. I literally tried to fit it in but because it is four pieces trimming was needed. Two small compartments that bolt to the big foldable part. (part in my pic with the shoe that the trunk is holding up. Then there is the rear piece which is the one i trimmed. It is very tight in there right now, i either need to re adjust something or trim more.

But i found it easier to trim first then bolt it together ( i went to ace or true value and they let me walk in and out until i found the right set of bolts.) I can get the exact specs of the bolts later.

Side note a full size spare fits even with that little thingy that secures it to the car!

There are many cb9s at the yards out here. One thing I gotta get is a new carpet for the back. Mine has slits and shit on it. Yours is all clean.

                    Thanks man!!!!

I forgot to mention. Your old carpet has clips the wagon had velcro.......So if you have gear in there it will slide around

The compartment itself already has the one side the rougher side of the velcro. So i need to buy some and put it on the under side of the carpet.

Its not clean man you dont see the big oil blotch in the middle????

Like someone stated above, its a very neat idea and if you don't ever carry anything in the trunk, its great. I just lost too much space in the trunk. So I think I am changing mine back.
I was wondering how exactly do you lose space? And how much you think?

Well the style you have in the coupe or sedan is that pos cardboard......

The wagon compartment is plastic and about 4 or 5 inches thick. So add that all the way across the trunk and you lose a decent amount of space...

HAHA I have a sub in my room. Not installed yet.....wiring is done but i think i messed up somewhere. I can also try and put it in there today after work? Just to see if it fits.

What i really wanted to do was put some L brackets into the plastic to secure the sub. The amp is mounted on the sub.

You should b abl 2 put a sub in there no problem. Its not that much higher than the cheap carboard. Just thicker.
