ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

I thought I was going to sell the EXR, but for how little money I have invested into it at this point, I may as well just continue with it.Last edited by crazymikey; 06-19-2011, 01:26 PM.

In the process of swapping parts today, I came across a few minor differences, which I think everyone should be aware of.
1. 1990 EXR with 3rd brake light in the rear shelf. 1993 SE does NOT have the 3rd brake light in the rear shelf, and the rear shelf is not shaped to accept a 3rd brake light.
2. 1993 gauge cluster is not compatible with 1990 wiring harness. The plugs are different.
3. 1993 (this may only be coupe specific) seatbelt reels, where they mount at the bottom of the B pillar, are taller than the 1990 ones. On the bottom, there is a 17mm bolt, and on the top of the reel is a 10mm bolt and a hook that goes into a hole. The 10mm bolt on the 93 reels do not line up in the 90. I actually had to cut out the area where the 10mm bolt fastens to make room for the 93 reels to clear. I then made a new hole for the hook and used a couple self tapping screws in place of the 10mm bolt.
4. Sedan carpets DO fit in a coupe, however, as the doors are longer on a coupe, you'll be left with a small gap in your sedan carpet where the carpet would go around the A pillar towards the back door. I haven't figured out how I will remedy this, but there is enough carpet where I can pull it up flush with the door sill garnish and perhaps glue or fasten it down some how.
As for the current style I'm going to go for. Once the interior is swapped, I'm going to paint my stock alloys white, with the flat face of the lip painted red.
Bumpers, lights, moldings and trunk all swapped to 93 style, repainted white, black moldings, black hood (most likely) and red pinstripe on the black molding.
