ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Temporary shoes I picked up for the cheap!

So, toe issues that were too late corrected and im sure out of balance wheels contributed to my going through a set of NEW Sonar 195/45/15 tires in less than 7 weeks! My fault of course, of this I am aware...oh well.....I am now forced to wait a month or so before I can buy new tires and get them mounted. In the mean time, through some dealing around I picked up a set of like 2-3 month old Traklite Drive wheels with Khumo 195/60/15 tires. Wheels and tires are basically NEW and I got a great price on them. I am NOT a fan of the wheels polished centers and very well may paint them to match the wheels red paint, on the other hand (much as I dont wanna mess up a nicely aftermarket painted wheel) I may repaint the entire rims, at the moment not real sure what Im going to do but these are nice LIGHT wheels, basically close knock off of Konig Heliums (which I was running on my pior car, a 95 GSR ).

So, Im torn still on how these look, I hate the TALL 60 series tires but the deal I got was too good to pass on.

I will admit that my purple Drag open end lug nuts look goofy on these wheels, LOL....cant see that in the pic. Here is a link to the manufactures info on the wheels....they come in a handful of finishes....any of which would have looked better on my CB7 than the red, LOL.

I may go out and take a better pic later as I have the car with me at work this week and being full daylight the pic should be better.

I was digging the low offset look and whether liked more or not by onlookers, the car got LOTS more looks with the wide wheels. I will keep these as my backups and am thinking more and more about painting the wheels, either just the red centers (white) or the entire wheel including the lips...again, white. Gotta think long and hard about it though as these wheels are in NEW condition....once they have been scuffed and painted, that cant really be undone lol

        thanks guys
