ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    my $800 find

I have been a long time 3rd Gen Accord fan, but recently stumbled across this CB and could not pass it up. It was sitting on the side of the road yesterday, with a for-sale sign asking 1000. i had 8 in my pocket, and ended up driving it home. Its a 91 lx sedan with a 5-speed. (thank god)

The hood roof and trunk are all peeling clear coat really bad, but the sides are near flawless after a really labor-intensive buff job and a few coats of wax. (for once that sh*t actually DID buff out.)

I already have some coil-overs and shocks in the mail, and high hopes to TRASH those "Modern" 5 spoke rims it came on and hopefully get some later model accord alloys.

Everything works. super clean interior with a Kennwood deck and speakers. it was a steal at 800 IMO. the first pic was before the buff.

it has 220,xxx miles but i have paperwork for the rebuild at 178,000.
the clutch has about 5,000 miles on it as well.

I should be getting my Megan coil-overs and Tokico Blues in the mail here by the end of the week and i should be able to achieve the stance i want/need!

As for the aftermarket alloys, i hate them. i found this kid down the street with a CB7 with altezas and ebay projector headlamps that would probably love to trade me for his stock rims. Im going for a stock USDM look but slammed. if i had the money id go period correct 91 CB, but the stock slammed look i can pull off with a budget.

ALSO i have a U-haul Tow package, not sure what to do with that. pull it off? drag it? sell it? give it away? hahaha i sure as hell am not going to tow something once i am low.

im going to slam it for now. maybe a h22 swap in the future. i would like some old school mugen rims. thats about it. i think i am going to just do a few thing to it before i sell it to fund a cb7 coupe build, but the 4 door is growing on me. i am still undecided

90-91 sedans are the shit. I would keep it.

yeah ive definitely seen that. First gen Acura integras have a solid rear axle (they did not have IRS) and i have one with hubs sitting in my back yard. i have 2 gsr twisties i could slap on it and spend about a day fabbing up a small low trailer. hahaha. it might look sick. idk. i will mock it up tomorrow and we will see. i KNEW i dint drop that 50 bucks on TWO twisties for nothing. hahaha.
i would LIKE to have the trailer lug pattern match my car so i could run 6 of the same rims... but on the other hand there is a chance it will look dumb once its all said and done. It really goes with the rusty look for that beamer, but im not sure a trailer will complement the look i am trying to achieve

i would say it is a grey or "gunmetal" with black interior. not sure of the available colors this year so i am not sure which one it is though.

                          The color code is NH-531M-3
