ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Im looking at buying but don't really like the shape that the car is in.. i mean i guess its not too bad but all the other cb's ive bought looked better than this But this one has a goodie under the hood that would not be expected Should i buy it for 1800$ he blew out 3rd in the trans but has another one that comes with the car just needs too be put in and he hit a curb with the rear passenger wheel in the snow bent control arms is it worth it??

    AND FOR LAST THE GOODIE

I wouldn't. The fact that it looks like shit, has an H, and he's blown a gear and smacked a curb hard enough to bend the rear control arm tells me it's been beat on and abused.

Dam, you live 20mins away from me.

For 1800 its a lil pricy, ya it has a H but how good is the engine, the car over all isn't in the best shape.

For 1800 u can find a clean ass stock cb.

I found mine over in Gettysburg for 850.

If u really like the car thn shoot go for it, but wat makes the car "worthy to buy" is the h motor. Ill give dude that str8, 1200 for that car.

For $1800, you can buy a less abused cb7 and an H and have some friends help with the swap if you're not comfortable doing it yourself and you just have to have VTEC.
With a stock motor, that car's only worth about $500 in that shape. You're loking a tuner car that needs a tranny (even though he's throwing one in with the deal) and has been slid into a curb hard enough to bend the rear control arm; that's not bad parking, that's an e-brake slide. There are multiple oil spots underneath it and the black front bumper beat up hood tell me it's been smacked into something hard enough to damage the original and crimp the hood at some point; if it was an aesthetic choice, the back bumper would be black too. I'd put money on it that the car has been street raced constantly and beat on.
Tops, I'd pay a grand, and I'd be afraid of what was going to happen when I started driving it.
You can do MUCH better for $1800.

it does appear to be a good start though . 1800 is a little steep.all in the eye of the be holder. the deals on you bro . for that price you can get a cleaner start , but it does have a H in it .time and work is put into all of our rides and its 6 of one , and a half dozen other.

A man that keeps looking back can't see whats in front of him.

That car is a tad bit rough around the edges. Is it worth $1800? With H22 motor and all, the answer is no. Its not. Who knos the motor is healthy? Looking at that thing, it looks like its seen better days. The seller beat that sh** like his meat(no rainbow love. Im just saying). Go about that by your own discretion. Good luck

If i were you man once you got the car there's no turning back...Even though it has H22a...You can tell by the pics, the exterior and engine bay...The engine bay looks like he tried to race other and yet the exterior is far the worst mods i even seen(painted rims, rust marks) telling me this guy didn't care about his car. You might actually spend more money if happen to buy this car.( fix transmission and other hidden parts he won't tell you) than just getting a regular cb7..It's always good to start with stock than to fix what the person abuse the car......If i were you, try searching and find more mint cb7 and it will be worth it!!
