you are combining a stock, not even remotely aggressive bumper (even less than the stock cb bumper) with an aggressive looking lip, they don't go together imo. i think picking up one of the suggested lips above, would make all the difference. As for the bumper itself on the cb, not bad.

Looks alright. IMO kind of going in the wrong direction, but to each his own. I just agree with the others in the 80's look. Paint it and it may look wayyy different. How do the sides look by the wheel well?

I think if you do the diy lip of garage door stripping on the mugen front it may look sick and the sngle of it makes it look bad.
