ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    The Old CB7

This is my ooooold CB7 I bought for $1100 when I was just 15 years old. My first car. It had a JDM H22a swap with 155k on the car and 55k on the motor. Also had the H22a non-lsd trans.

I cant remember all the mods as this was a long time ago, but I do remember the ebay coils (ugh), DC sports full exhaust, generic CAI, and the ugly ass wheels.

Now that I look back I can see how ugly this thing was. Compared to my current CB.

and a little bit older pic.\/\/\/

    Just thought I'd share.

Oh yea, I was 15 and driving this thing without a license at the time. Probably not a good idea.

Sold the red one before I even got my license. My parents got a little pissed about me driving it w/o a license.

Bought a P10 and swapped a SR20DET into it eventually, so I didn't miss the CB...Until the G20 started having engine problems. That's what I get for being greedy with the boost.

              A 1991 Infiniti G20 is a P10

Nissan Primera P10 and Infiniti G20 are the same car.

eh, I wasnt as commited to honda back then as i am now. i was more of a 240sx guy, and when i found out the g20 came with the SR20DE, i figured it had great potential for a DET swap.

I've seen one of the later issues with the G20 in it. It had the SR20DE Neo VVL swap if I'm not mistaken. I had my car and did the swap waaay before project car was even a magazine.

ahhhh.... the painted vents! I went through this stage also when I was 16-17. I went for metallic blue though, in my 89 3g. lol.

That only lasted a year. One day I was sitting in my car going "Really? Blue vents? My car is black, and the interior is tan on black. Why the heck did I paint these blue???"

It seems to be a phase that the young guys go through though.... I still see it all the time. Personal tast is personal taste.... but really.

A buddy of mine went through the same thing with his civic... the little oval dash vents? Blue. The windshield wiper arms? Blue. The car? Silver. lol.

At least your car was red... kept the theme going.
                        RIP

No, but the car did have a 5 lug swap, and rear discs. Done by the previous owner. I don't know what wheels they are. Didn't put em on. Came with the car, and no centercaps.
