YOu can just get yellow bulbs, that's the easiest way.


But, you can also paint the reflectors yellow to give you an "all the time" yellow look, even when the lights are off.

Sure.
You could do any color under the rainbow. Check your local laws first though.

I'd recommend keeping your reflectors as is.

Just get yellow bulbs if you want them to light up yellow. Get blue, purple, green, etc if you want to be adventurous.

You can get HIDs if you want, they'll give you better output. But, halogen bulbs come in various colors. Only issue with the halogen bulbs with colors is that the color is a film on the glass. So, output is reduced due to the film.
