Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    New wheels. What do you think? Good deal?

    I picked these up on Craigslist for 350.00 including the tires. They are 18" Tezzen Arc rims made by Lexani and the tires are 215/35 18 Falken. I know there are a lot of guys that don't like the chrome look and I always see Lexani being slammed... I think they look pretty good with the dark blue and they pick up the chrome around the windows. Anyway, tell me what you think! Good deal?? I also picked up an OEM rear spoiler for 60.00 (soon to be mounted).

    wheels look cool.

    remember when getting wheels...

    tire side wall height = fender gap

    that way you maintain a proportionate look

    any plans for a suspension system?:

      You need to dump that car. It'll improve the looks of the wheels. 35 series is awfully tiny, though. You should get some 9091 1 piece headlights, and taillights with the chrome strips. Would help to accent the chrome wheels!

        could have gotten nicer wheels for 350 but to each there own.

          well i say..350 for that set is a deal, if you like that style, and like sed before "each their own"...they clean tho, they clean.......slam that shit foo!!!

              just put it on the groud, i would maybe look intoa 40-45 series tire, just because curb rash sucks

                I like the look! They look pretty good with the chrome around the windows and the OEM grille! Get that wing on, and get clean corners, it'll look much better! Do you plan on lowering it?

                          40 series would be nice. 45 if you wanna be safe.

                            I'd like to put around a 2inch drop on it. I just want to do it right the first time... I worry about camber and ride quality... Of course putting those 35 tires on killed a lot of my ride quality! My CD player never skipped before... Now I run over any manhole cover and "bump!". I'd like to go with the 40 tires and the 2 inch drop...
