I already got it just ready to drop it in, but in trying not to get impatient cause i want everything to be done right.




The shipping really pissed me off though. The guy who delivered the engine to me told me that when he drove over to pick it up that the engine was tied to the pallet with wire thinner than a coat hanger, and that three of these ties broke and the engine had rolled on its back...

make sure you go through and change the timing belt, dizzy seal, cam seal, VC gasket, head gasket, sparkplug tube gaskets, and any other gaskets or seals I am forgetting before you drop it in.

I appreciate all the comments. i do plan on changing the seals and all the gasgets and i appreciate the offer to help with the swap marquisdee1018..ill be sure to hit you up with any questions or if i might need a hand... i need to meet more people in this area with a cb7..i met one guy on saturday who just bought a 92 accord who was wanting to fix it up so i refered him to this web site.

F trannies are just fine. I have a F tranny and its just as fun.

I agree it wont be as much fun but its gonna stay that way for a while but i will eventually switch over to a H tranny

Thanks, i ordered it from ebay, the engine was shiped from canada by a store called Diamond Japanese Auto Parts

Here is a couple of updated pics now that i have my grill and corners nothing special YET but it will be a sexi beast once im finished
Oh yeah and by the way i hate the rims that are on it. they came with the car but i cant wait till i can get rid of them and slam it.
