Just registered but have been lurking for awhile.
I've had my cb7 for just a little over two years now over the coarse of those years the car went through a lot.
I had the car for a little less than a year when it was stolen from my apartment complex. It was about 1 1/2 months before it was recovered, and then another 4 months before it was restored.
over that sixth month or so period it sat at my house I had recently moved into.
The car had numerous parts taken from it including my Whistler Pro-73, uniden 510xl Cb and antenna, + my short ram, enkei rims, stereo, speakers, and other numerous engine parts. + cat conv No damage to the vehicle though.
I had bought a 1990 Toyota Camry 5spd from a local auto auction for 300$ while I waited on a parts car on craigslist to come up.
I only trashed the car for about 5 months before I blew the transmission moabin too hard
still runs though but doesn't drive with 256,xxx miles.
toughest car ever, bullet proof motor and suspension. I had drowned the motor twice and feared hydrolock, but somehow I got it stated and chugging down the road.
Enough said, soon after a parts car came on craigslist for only 350 obo, it was a basket case, interior was fubarred, no front bumper or grill. But it ran and drove + had many new engine parts.
I restored my dear and unfortunate Cb7 over the coarse of a 3 day weekend off school.
Car was back to it's original state!!!!
after some basic tuning and work.

technically I have two Cb7's
+ Car is a little rough on the right side but soon to be fixed up.
