ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

id say pitiful is going to far when talking about your car, sure its not where you want it, but it looks to be in great shape, it doesn't look like it has any rust in on the quarts, did you buy the car with the kit and fenders on it or are you planning to finish it? it looks to have been put on pretty good.

and your sig made me lol

TRUST ME......As soon as I can get enough money to do it it will be done. I do inventory and the last two months of the year are slow as hell. We might work 1 day a week if we are lucky. I went for an interview for a second job yesterday so hopefully I get hired. With two paychecks comming it shouldn't take too long to cath up on my bills and pay off some other ones. Then I can start buying parts. I just don't want to go cheap on the suspension or it would already be done.

Yeah I don't think of my car that way. I LOVE my car. There is no rust at all anywhere on her. I paid a little bit for it when i got it but finding a cb7, 4 door, and with a manual trans was a PITA. Mint condition when I bought it other than a few small dings but look how old our cars are too. I gotthe kit from a friend of mine for 50 bucks. I plan on finishing it but for now I have a little bit of bondo and fiberglass work to do before I can even start saving for paint. Me and him put the kit on the car though. First one I have ever messed with. I plan on shaving the side moldings also. I'm kind of scared on doing that so hopefully everything works out alright.

Here's one of the inside. I have a few more pics of it but they were taken at night and you can barely see anything. It wasn't in too bad of condition when I got it though.

LOL. Yeah I did that DIY shifter and when I took the boot off it had a couple of small holes and a tear in it so I just said screw it and left it off.

I like those wheels in your sig. What kind are they?

I honestly couldn't tell you lol. I was getting ready to put one on my celica but then I totaled it. I've never had one before and figured what the hell for 50 bucks i'll give it a try and see what happens. Worst case scenario i'll go to the JY and get everything to put it back to stock. It was on my friend's car and it looked good. He has suspension and wheels also though so that played a big part in it. I'm just screwing around and trying to get an idea of how I want the car. Nothing is permanent so it wasn't a big deal to me. I still like beermans front bumper better though. I like the type r conversion but that's just too much money.

Yeah I don't know if I would call it pitiful. All that bullshizz thats done to it now is easily reversable. New front and rear bumper, hood and quarter panels and you back in bidness. Other that the funky bodykit its looks pretty damn clean. Interior too.

Yeah it got hit in the front passenger headlight but i'm getting a new one this Thursday. I should have the a4 exhaust manifold, a6/h23 with double stacked spacers, new hood, a6 cam, and maybe some other parts to go with it. I think the pt6 ecu is what I need for that setup too. Just depends on what i can find.

Pic of the rear so far. I wish I had the money to just get everything with the body done at once and get it painted. That would make me so much happier.

Thanks man. And thanks everyone else for the replies and opinions and all. It still has some fitment issues but i'm picky as hell about little gaps and everything. Getting hit in the front didn't help either. I did the diy grill and when I put it back on the car you can see it sitting cockeyed from where he hit the light and then pushed the radiator support or whatever back just enough to make it crooked. I'll get it fixed it's just gonna take time.
