ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    My first Honda

Well just wanted to introduce myself. Picked up a 92 Accord yesterday. It was owned by an older couple and its in really good shape. Only 100,040 miles! It even had the original window sticker from the dealer (cost $20,000 back then).

I have been borrowing my dads truck ever since I flipped my Lancer. I miss that car. I had a ken style body kit, blacked out heads and tails, dropped on 18"s and a Greddy exhaust...and more.

I then bought a 1990 RX-7 FC convertible. Ran great and the rwd was freakin fun, but the rotary is not a very reliable motor. Its now running on 1 rotor and its for sale!

Anyways to the point..I am kinda excited to now own a cb7. Money willing I will have it looking pretty clean. No body kits! Just low and slow.

The sky is always bluer at the top of the windshield.

Thanks guys. I am lovin it so far.

I plan to drop it pretty low, but not slammed. Change the wheels and leave everything else pretty much stock. But I know once the Modification Bug bites me...there will be no stop. haha

That is a very nice CB7. Good find. More pics would be nice.

As for the Rotary comment..... I have owned all 3 generation RX-7s. They are very fun to drive and if maintained, they can last for ever. Tunning has a lot to do with it all too. If a Rotary Engine has blown on me, it is due to me not tunning her. Also, even with a blown motor, they will drive you any were. LOL Unlike a piston engine.

I own a first genneration 84 RX-7 GSL-SE currently. She is great. No negatives.

Yeah they are great cars. The previous owner didnt take care of my rx7 and let is sit for over a year with a blown coolant seal. I have a rebuilt n/a 13b with 2mm atkins rotary apex seals and 3rd gen corner seals. I just dont have time to drop it in.

Anyways I took my cb7 on a roadtrip this weekend. Went to Dallas for a concert. 500 mile round trip and didnt have a single problem with the car. I am glad its an automatic though. I got stuck in traffic for a good hour.
