well it's a long story on how i had to pay $70 for the key. i was that or not get the car for free out of the tow yard.

so i guess you could say i paid $70 for the car.

well update on the POS. wouldn't run yesterday.

ran into some clutch switch woes.

got it running, and now it won't go into gear. the yahoo that worked on it before me put the car back together at some point with only 2 bellhousing bolts, and fvcked it all up.

i now have the tranny out of the car and it's shot, along with the pressure plate which has half of the fingers bent inward from the transmission being improperly aligned, and DRIVEN that way.

as for the interior, it's crap too.

dude all the interior needs is vacuum and some oxy clean it's going to look like new inside that's like the best buy i've seen

interior needs some cleaning but its not bad looking.

just fix her up. and when she's running you soon to love it

just give it time you'll be happy you bought it.

especially with the strongest F22A6 Model engine.

***UPDATE***

picked up the F23 tranny this morning on my way to work for $100.

of course if any of you see my location, we're dealing with tropical storm fay right now. so... messed with the junk all day since no one was bringing their cars in for service

so far, replaced:

left motor mount (found broken)

timing belt

oil pan gasket

rear main seal

valve cover gasket

CLEANED ALOT, still nasty. i think this thing has been leaking oil for 198,000 miles.

ordered XTR Stage 2 clutch with 12lb chromoly flywheel. hopefully will have the car driving by next friday.
