Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Vpower Amp from Alpine.....

    V power amp from ALPINE

    is great

    i got mine from a neighbor for $30 bucks used

    it's a 200 watt but it kicks ass

    it's louder than my old ass 1000 watt pyramid

    but yeah it's a mp200 or something

    any else tried them b4?

    Pyramid = crap. The smallest Alpine amp will smoke them any day of the week.

      i have a vpower 4 channel on my highs. they are great. and a 600watt on my sub. havent installed that yet but it killed my friends memphis when we tried it in his car

        I also Have a V-Power and it kicks ass. The best amp i have had. If i ever get another amp it is definitely going to be an alpine V-Power.

          I've got an MRV-t707 in my cb7 right now. It's the second Alpine I've had. Great amps, but I can think of several other brands I'd like just as well, including RF, Audio Art or Hifonics.

            ohhhhhh jizzle he said audioart ..... MMMMMMMM just heard great things about them never personaly used one yet. and hifonics anit what they used to be but they have sum decent stuff FYI dont get the sampsons for a comp amp they arent wild about .5ohms lol.

              Ha, I've got a near perfect set of AudioArt 12s in the closet, and my little bro has two AudioArt amps pushing 4 jlw3 12s in his van. He just bought some monster 2500 watt beast, and when he puts it in, I'm talking him out of the AAs!
