i saw circuit city had a good deal on two 12" kickers i think 1100 watts, with enclosure and a kx800.2 1000 watt amp for like 400 dollars or something. looked like a good deal.

my dad wants to get something from circuit city.

would those mtx'x happen to be the roadthunder series, there red? I bought a mtx combo pack with 2 10's and im very happy with them. even the lowest end mtx is better then bazooka

I actually have had both. I start off with a set of RT12's from MTX. Only had them hooked up to 150 watts total and they were nice. Switched to a 10" Bazooka DVC. The 2 MTX 12's of course went lower than the 10" Bazooka. However on it's on merit the Bazooka is out standing. It hits hard enough for me plus I really was tired of having a box that took up a good part of my trunk. Now I get pretty much the same sound(listen to mainly gospel and jazz) and trunk space. When you have to young kids priorities have to be set. For me Trunk space was priority.

Too funny!!!! Yeah I remember those days before marriage and kids, it was nice. But I wouldn't trade them now. Plus I get to introduce my son and daughter to the wonderful world of Honda's and Car Audio. Now that is priceless.
