Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Dang speakers...

    does anyone know a way to override Alpine safty thing where if one speaker isnt working it shuts the rest off? im too lazy to rewire my back speaker and its shorting and causeing all my speakers to not play and its starting to annoy me after the 2 months its been going on

    my god, re wire that. thats not alpines thing, thats ur wire grouding out and causing that. happened to me like friday

      lol are u serious man ...its been going on for TWO MONTHS and you still havent fixed it?? lol..sorry i kno we all can get lazy at times, but instead of trying to figure out how to override the safety feature, you might be able to rewire it in 1/2 the time it would take you to figure out how to override teh safety feature.....two wires cant be too hard to fix, now can they?? anyone else wanna back me up on this??

          my homeboy let that go for a while to, till he screwed something up by letting it ground out, cut to us having to rewire all the damn factory wires, take the door panel and just fix it, save your self the hassle

              well they come on when i swerve eradically on the street back n forth so i've been working with that for a while n hasnt failed me yet

                and alpine does have a safty thing where if one speaker is like MER!! then the rest are like MER!!!!! to make sure the other speakers dont fawk up... thats whay juahn up at circuit city told me but since when do we listen to people from circuit city?
