ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

I'll go easy on you Becasuse your Alex's friend and cool with him on instagram and stuff. But that's post whoring. I don't know if there is a "proper" way to make them blink fast since they're not supposed to. But yeah, don't know why you want to. Its super annoying to me.
When i see that on a car i think two things.
1.) Stupid ricer
2.) (If applicable) How do you not know you have a bulb out?
Throw some really cheap led bulbs in there and they'll hyper blink.Last edited by Quashish; 11-14-2013, 02:46 AM.

Fast blinkers are an indication that there is a problem in the system. When the front one goes out, the rear blinks faster (and vice versa.) If a cop sees a fast flashing signal, he's going to assume the other is blown, and could give you a ticket.
If you want faster signals, install LEDs. LEDs take significantly less power than halogen bulbs, and the system will read them as being "blown". You'll get fast flashing signals. Be advised, they will be all but invisible in daylight.

It's a warning I suppose when you have fast blinkers.
But I can see how much more effective they are night with jackasses all over the road.
Personally I think it's annoying as shit, especially if one side blinks faster than the other.
Many have had flasher delay relays to stop the fast blink when installing LEDs.
I guess it's a personal mod or ignorance to change a dead light bulb that only costs a few pennies.

you could make a module out of a 555 timer to replace the flasher and make it variable.
and then i found this:
