Im trying to wire in my rear foglight and instead of getting power for the relay directly from the battery, i heard that there are a few places on the fuse box under the driver side kick panel that you can get power from. I was also contemplating running the power wires for my security system from there as well instead of from the battery for a little extra security. Does anyone have anymore info on this and pictures or diagrams as well?

alarm, tag the ignition harness. More secure.
As for the foglights, there are ports on the fusebox you can tag with a spade connector. I forgot which one, use a test light to test it. FYI If you dont know how to use a test light, then you shouldnt even be attempting what you are doing.What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.
You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!
