ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Kenwood head unit (which I'm switch out to a 7inch double din with the detachable face)
And basically I want to be able to control everything mids highs lows from up front nt n the trunk .... It's something different it like ol school music the good stuff music loud and clear you don't have that now n days ppl just plug in go and at times I like isn't to highs high with no lows just to hear the music screaming down the street

If you get an eq you may need a crossover as well.

EQ is old, the deck should have enough ability to adjust everything.

However I run an eq in my van. I have an old school orion.

I done systems with and without eq's. I can get the ones without EQ's to sound just as good with a bit of fine tuning.
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

The only thing I run off the deck is power ground antenna and remote I ran all my speaker wires to my amp followed by the remote and I run my subs with a different amp followed with the remote... So there for I can't adjust nothing from the deck so that's y it call for and eq (equalizer)

I'll spend the money for extra sh**** I only live once and ill do stuff to my liking I like different I'm different I'm a 80 baby and I live n the 90 when music was good I don't care for the future and I'm not jumping on no 2011 band wagon

So you have a factory deck?

If you get an eq, you still need extra power. It doesn't boost signal levels by itself without needing extra balls behind it.

I don't listen to most new stuff either, but an amp will get you closer to sounding loud and clear than an eq and deck power.
