ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Just swap over the CB radio bracket to the Legend radio.
Also, the Legend radio is 2-Din, so it will eliminate your lower pocket...
I like this! Because it would not only eliminate the lower pocket that you can't find one thing, and you can play cds.=p

Also, It will look completely OEM.

Honda changed the harnesses in 97 or 98, so anything before that would work without modification.

Is this a climate control off of a prelude or a cb7 SE accord? Strange ac set up.

Stock climate control. My LX has the same one. As far as I know, only the DX had a different setup. The DX has slider controls...

Why...I dont think it will fit perfest but you can make any radio out of any car work if you have the harness that goes to the radio...But why not just get a cd palyer sumwhere....You have the internet im sure you can get a 50 dollar cd player from sumwhere and yes my climate control is the same also in a ex
Only give advice when I know or have done it and it worked

Could I ever get this to fit? Clearly with faceplate modification but otherwise would it mate up alright?

Or I might be better off just selling this ($$$?) and getting something from the JY.

edit: I just realized the people talking about the newer civic units posted over 6 months ago...if anyone else knows though...

There is a seller on eBay who sells factory OLD radios with the AUX input on the front but IMO there expensive. Like the one below.

                        http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ACURA...fAudioQ5fVideo

Theres also the Acura Integra radio single-din which plug n play to your stock harness. It sounds real good and play burnt cds too.

A good trip to J/Y will get you into buying a stock radio from a honda or a acura.
