rear pods unbolt from underneath. They can be replaced with 6x9 pods from I think the se or ex accords? Either way, 6x9 pods were made for the 4th gens and will swap out easily. As far as removing the front door panels, just search it. I know there's a thread on here, probly a sticky, and it's easy to follow. 6.5's in the front too.

what i meant was the bak speakers have cloth box over them can u put the tops of 6x9s on them >?

You can take the rear speaker cover completely off and put whatever you want right there. Like Wherm said, if you open your trunk and look under the rear deck you'll be able to see the screws holding everything together. Remove those and the stock cover swill come out.

ok thanks its so fudgin cold here but when i get time i jus want them faded stock cloth things gone to show my audiobahn 6x5s jus use my old 6x9 cover should look nice maybe ill post u a pic of what im doin u have ur cloth rags on ur bak speakers?

I don't run rear speakers either. I have a component set up front and that's it. When I start making some money again i'll be adding a second component set in the kick panels or somewhere else up front but nothing is going in the back except for a sub.

btw. did u do urs? or urs stock an u never wanted to get rid of them boxes by ur back window ? and u guys sayin u have no rear speakers so u have 2 front door speakers and then ur sub/subs??????????????thats how it sounds i couldnt imagine u can get much from 2 6x5s ?
