Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Eclipse CD3200

    I'm looking to buy a new deck and the eclipse cd3200 looks nice. I also like the built in blue tooth and the 5 volt preouts. does anyone have this deck or can you guys tell me whats a good deck. thanks

    I used to sell eclipse about 6 months ago and i liked their headunits. The only two complaints I had with them were:
    1. Really hard to get your hands on their sat radio boxes so you can have XM or sirius on the display of the deck and better sound quality from sat radio.
    2. The cd 3000 I used to sell had a really hard to read display in the sunlight. I don't know if the 3200 is the same but if you get that thing in your car and can't read the display except at night it unfortunately wouldn't surprise me.

    Don't mean to scare you off that deck at all because I did honestly like eclipse alot.

    If you don't need the Bluetooth get an Alpine CDA-9886. It comes with ipod cable to charge and control ipods and has USB and very good sound quiality which only gets better if you add on the IMPRINT sound processing system. Bluetooth is an expensive addon for alpine tho. $350 retail up here in canada. I sell them to my friends for around $230.

        I have been researching this head unit for a while. I have ordered the CD3200 from a local shop. Great features and great price.

          please let me know how that works out for you and will you be be using the bluetooth. i would like to know bout that to. i've been looking at this deck myself but just haven't got around to gettin it since i just got my subs and amp first.
