Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    INterior Dome & courtesy Lights

    I wanna upgrade my interior lights to either blue or bright white for the doors and dome any ideas how??

    that's painting your door lights. You can apply the same proceedure to your dome light.

      get some led festoon bulbs. i think i squeezed 44mm bulbs in but you can find 39mm 8 led bulbs. i wouldnt recommend the blue in the dome light. you wont be able to find anything in the car. i took mine out and put it in the door. i now have white led. ill get a pick of the blue for you but i dont have a pic of the white.

      i ordered my first batch from HKB but the guys at hidplanet.com swear on them. i have gotten stuff from SBL before and its good stuff.

        Yeah in my first car the previous owner had put a blueish green bulb in the dome light and I couldn't find anything in my car at night. If I wanted to find anything I would have to get a flashlight or pull into the garage and use the garage lights.

          I just got a pair of whites at autozone for a buck. You just peel away the cover and plug 'em in. It's pretty cheap too.

              superbrightleds is a great website to buy your interior lights.

              Ebay as well. You just have to know what your buying exactly so you can go look for it.

                What ever you do dont get this In white or other color. You wont be able to find anything in your car. It toooo concentrated in the center and not spread out
