Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    5th gen lip alone or 5th gen lip under ex lip

    debating if i should drill the holes and mount them under my ex lip or just have them installed stright onto the car? pics on a 90-91 bumper would b appreciated!

      halarious these are actually the 2 pics that convinced me to do it this method having it ontop of the ex lip, any pics of just the 5th gen lip !! i have a few pics but they look like the oem 92-93 lips i need more angles of the lip!

        well post up the pics of the lip you have. you should be able to tell if it is a CD5 lip or a CB7 lip. ill see if i can find some more pics of my front bumper

              From what I can tell it looks good with both of them. For me anything that keeps air from going under the car is good

                    lol. ive had plenty of people here in NC ask me where i got my lip kit from. lol. i just tell them that its a CB7 lip and a CD5 lip put together. im sure if i fused the 2 together then it would look better. but for now itll stay that way til i get some fiberglass of some sort

                          it would be cool if you could somehow fiberglass or bondo them togther so you cant tell there are two lips .....just an idea

                            yeah. i was thinking about about that. i told landon once i open my shop and i start selling those, he'll be getting 50% of the profit i get from them
