ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Yeah. check the bulb and if thats not it, you may need to go to the junkyard and get a new socket or either just take the whole corner. Thats what I had to do.

i checked the bulbs and one is busted which is the first one in the corner. the corner light has 2 bulbs. one that blinks and the other one stay light. the one that stays light is busted. would that cause the whole corner light from not turning on?

Check your wiring , you might have melted some.

might just be the bulb, i heard somewhere that moisture from our hands can cause the bulb to go bad

Its the oil from out hands but thats more for Halogen bulbs not those little rinky dink ons.

And yea check fuses and wiring and if nothing replace both bulbs and if that doesnt do nothing remove the headlight housing and start searching for the gremlin.

Im surprised no one said this yet, it's most likey your fuse for oyu lights. Look up in your owners manual where the lighting fuse is and if its burnt replace it. Good luck.

EDIT: nvrm ralphie mentioned it... and i misread your post, yeah replace the bulb if not that then trace your wiring for shorts...

i'd agree with Midnightmach on this one... FUSES FUSES FUSES!! i would definitely check the fuses. if they're not bad under the kick panel (near your clutch), look under the hood and there's some others there. in my knowledge of CB7's, this is the most likely scenario. good luck bro!

ok no u prolly dont ahve a bad fuse.. my guess is , its the same for my car, like my corner lirght on my passanger side theres 2 bulbs the one that stays lit, the bulb is fine the fuse is fine, its the wiring n the socket, if i take the corner light out and i like mess w/ the wiring the light turns on.. but like if i drive it like a mile down the road hit a bump or something and it'll turn off cuz the wiring doesnt have it connected, i dunno what i should do cuz it would b dumb to buy another socket..

yeah i check all my fuses like ALL! haha none is burnt. I'll get new bulbs by this weekend. Its hard to trace the wires down because they're wrapped in that tubular kind of wrap plus some electrical tape. I don't want to cut it if i don't have to. I believe i might have melted the wire near the clutch area because when it happed it smelt like something burnt. but yeah Thanks for all the suggestions. I'll take everything into consideration and look into what all you guys all said.
