fogs... again (sigh)

so I ordered fogs for my 90 EX from e-bay, got them and they are JDM Stanley and all BUT they're for the 92-93 bumper

now they were not advertised as 92-93 lights and even the pics that were displayed with the description showed lights that would supposedly fit my OEM bumper.

It's been 2 weeks almost & I'm still very disappointed...

Can anyone tell me what I need to know to find some fogs that actually fit the OEM 1990 front bumper.

CB3/4 lights are available for 9091 and 9293.

they have the curved lens.

I posted somewhere on this board in the appearance section on the different OEM CB foglights. The only one that isn't listed in the picture is the EDM 92-93s.

A good generic way to tell a 90-91 vs a 92-93 just from looking at pictures is that the 90-91 foglights would look exactly like the shape you will be cutting out the bumper right below the bumper signal lamps. It has a more narrow triangular shape similar to BMW oem fogs while 92-93s have that non-aggressive sleepy panda eye shape to it.

It has a distinct look that you cannot mistaken once you eyeball the differences side by side.

I can't find the picture right now because i'm using a wi-fi via psp and the browser isn't all that and runs out of memory really quick.

the 90-91 fog lights are more square looking and the 92-93 foglights are more rounded.i would say look at password jdm and they have the actually bumper with the 90-91 foglights in them thats the only place i have seen with them.

the pic was in the JDM brochure of the 9293 CB, featuring the Si-T

but if ur looking for OEM 9091 fogs, look at type-g's MR, he has a pair of USDM fogs. similarly, the 9091 USDM fogs were also fitted into the JDM CB9 wagons for 9091.

the 9293 wagons had the curved fogs, but the longer bumper.

edit: heres a pic of a 9091 JDM fog. sorry if its not clear, coz the fogs are tinted red, LOL, and i used my old phone to snap the pic

i just bought a brand new pair of fog lights for the 9091 accord. i paid 225 plus tax, and i got them from the honda dealership. i dont know if these would still be jdm, but their made by stanely, and look identical to those "jdm" ones from japan.

You got curved 90-91 fogs from a dealer? That's a fluke if it happened. The ones the dealers sold were/are flat and don't curve out to meet the bumper light.
