ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Neither will benefit our cars. Maybe in high speed highway runs, one might help a little, but it's really unrealistic to think like that.
They're both purely cosmetic. However, seeing as a hood scoop won't actually benefit anything in the engine bay, unless you figured out how to do a ram-air setup...
I dunno, it's your call. I have the OEM spoiler on my car, but that's just because I like how it looks.

A VERY low suspension, a low front lip, and the lowest sideskirts you can find will work the best as far as aerodynamics... of course, unless it's a track car, it'll be meaningless.
When you're going fast enough for any aero mod to be significant, you're going straight. It doesn't matter. Also, hood scoops are used for cooling the engine, and in some cars, for intake purposes. They are rarely used for downforce, if ever. A rear spoiler WILL help keep the rear end more stable at high speeds, but unless you're on a track (or a total moron on the highway) you'll never need one.

Home depot racing lip ftw haha you can go as low as you want and dont have to wrory bout it breaking. Ive seen people do that for some autocross events haha. It might look ghetto but it damn well works. But if your going for aesthetics choose whatever works. Personally not a fan of either. Even though RnR car actually looks decent with a hood scoop.

If your about show, either one of these would be alright. However, if your concered about functionality, look into puttin your money where it really counts. A hood scoop is goin to do nothing at all, if anything, it will increase your frontal area thus increasing drag (However you still wouldnt even notice it). A rear wing, again, will do nothing, unless your very concerned about your rear end sliding out of a curve due to excessive speeds (and by excessive i mean beyond 120mph, which would require a very very good suspension setup.). If this is the case, im sure your car is not on the road and ment for one thing,... extreme autocrossing.
In conclusion, if you want to make it look good, sure go for it, but dont think either one of these 'mods' will help you perform in realistic driving conditions.90 4Dr.CB7, 416,XXX KMS and still running like a champ!

Hood scoop
Like people have said nether helps your car in terms of aerodynamics the only advantage a hood scoop could give is more air to your intake if it's put the correct spot and maybe cool down your head/intake manifold.
By the way i remember a friend of mine with an integra saying there is a mod where you drop an air intake vacuum line into your manifold. (other then the ones that go there stock) Apparently it keeps the actual manifold colder and adds some hp. Let me know if anyone has ever heard of this and if you can do it to a cb7.
