chrome window trim?

ok so my 90 lx has black front and rear window trim, but chrome on the side window trim ... was it an option to have chrome all around? or is it cause the lx is the base model? or maybe previous owner replaced rear and front windows? ... ive never seen anyone else with chrome side trim and black rear, front?.... has anyone here painted there chrome trim black? i havent come across anyone with black trim yet as id like to see some pics

Well my front and rear window trim is black, but my car is european and I think all EDM cars had black front & rear window trim. I never knew there was chrome trim around the rear window on cb7's until I read the window trim polish DIY

Hmmm i dunno painted black trim? then isn't that the non stainless trim anyways haha. Im not sure i know my EX has the shiny trim all around everything haha

but yeah forgot to mention i am Canadian eh i beleive our lx is your dx ........ but i have decided to paint my trim black! pics would be great if anyone has done this or have pics of this such thing

i dunno if i have pics but 93twodoorlx and i painted his trim black, theres a screw on the very front corner and then i believe you just pull it all off after you take out that screw, we also removed is rear windows to fo this (keep in mind that his is a 2 door with the wing windows) but his trim around the front and rear windshield is still chrome cuz it got dark and the next day we were just too lazy, that was almost a year ago lol

haha hmmmm, well that eh, its good to meet another fellow Canadian around in these neck of the woods. haha. I wish they didn't put so much salt and such on the ground that errodes my car away to nothingnesss which Oilsprays come in handy, i got the EX btw not the DX haha. I wish i had the EX-R, Boooo i don't have any armrests hahah.
